Honestly, we are still early. Right now we are building and testing our prototype. Once we have validated the product, we will begin expanding state by state across Nigeria.
The best thing you can do right now is join the waitlist and select your state. We will reach out to you directly as soon as we are ready to go live in your area.
The verified marketplace is something we are building towards, but it is not live yet. We are currently focused on getting the core product right before we open listings to agents and developers.

We are currently prototyping our platform. At this stage, the core covers three things: land registration, land information access, and survey plan archiving. That is where we are starting, and we are being deliberate about getting those foundations right before adding more.
As the platform matures and we bring on government partners, we plan to extend into title transfers, deed registrations, subdivision approvals, and more. But we are not going to promise what is not built yet.
