1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting truplot.com or submitting information through our website (including joining the waitlist or sending a contact form), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. Current Development Stage

TruPlot is currently in development. Some features described on this website are planned for future releases and are not yet available to the public. Where we describe services such as land verification reports, government-linked record checks, or the professional directory, these represent our intended product and not a currently operational service.

We are committed to being transparent about what exists today versus what is in development. If you are unsure whether a feature is live, please contact us before making any decision based on it.

3. What We Offer at This Stage

At the time of writing, TruPlot's website is a pre-launch prototype used for market research and investor engagement. The services described, including the citizen land safety report, professional services directory, and GovTech registration pipeline, are under active development and not yet publicly available.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide those services. We make no warranties about the availability, timing, or final form of any product described.

4. Waitlist Terms

When you join TruPlot's waitlist, you are expressing interest in our forthcoming platform. By signing up:

• You consent to receiving email updates about TruPlot's launch and beta programme.
• You can withdraw at any time by emailing truplot.ng@gmail.com or clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send you.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product, service, pricing, or feature.
• We reserve the right to close, extend, or modify the waitlist at any time.

5. Beta Services

TruPlot may invite waitlist members to participate in a beta programme ahead of our public launch. If you are invited to test beta features, please note:

• Beta features are experimental and provided without warranty of any kind.
• They may contain bugs, change significantly, or be discontinued at any time.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and may be withdrawn by either party at any time.
• We may collect additional feedback and usage information from beta participants to improve the platform. This will be explained clearly before any such collection begins.

6. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, property, or investment advice. Any information about Nigerian land law, the C of O process, flood risk, or real estate markets is provided for general information only.

TruPlot is designed to support informed decision-making but should not replace professional legal, surveying, or financial advice from qualified professionals licensed in Nigeria.

When TruPlot's land verification product launches, individual product terms will specify the nature, scope, and limitations of the reports we provide. At that stage, TruPlot aims to provide information and verification services based on available records and data sources. Reports should be used as one input among several when evaluating a land purchase, not as a definitive legal guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on truplot.com is the property of TruPlot and protected by applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The TruPlot name, logo, and brand identity.
• All website copy, design, and graphics.
• Any software, maps, reports, or tools produced by TruPlot.

You may share links to our website and reference TruPlot in media and research contexts with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, copy, or repurpose our content for commercial use without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information via our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TruPlot (which, at this pre-launch stage, is zero).
